This assignment began with students completing the Myers-Briggs Personality Assessment to determine which of the 16 personality types they possess (their four letter code). We discussed the four dimensions: extroversion vs. introversion, sensing vs. intuition, thinking vs. feeling, and judging vs. perceiving. Students researched various aspects of their personality type: what each letter of their type represents, their strengths, their weaknesses, famous people with the same personality, suggested career paths, and how their personality type performs as a manager or co-worker. We also discussed the limitations of personality assessments. Students then created narrated Power Points to share their findings. Project directions are below student videos.
